Biggby Coffee - STEVENSVILLE

Coffee and service were excellent. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment.

Let me start out by saying, I got a tea. Never get tea at a coffee shop. The service was excellent, and it was a cute little place. There's no indoor seating, but there's a table outside. I've had BIGGBY's coffee before and it has been excellent but I wanted to try their Earl grey latte (aka London fog. I've been fancy lately, sue me. Anyway, it tasted like the air freshener that you smell in a porta potty. I'm sure the rest of the food is great though.

This Biggby location is very close to the highway, and is a great place to stop and pick up coffee. I really enjoy the Turkey Havarti Bragel. It was yummy, as expected! I like this location because there is a drive-through and also a walk up window. Pretty cute. Friendly service.

My boyfriend and I usually go to the this bigby and have okay service. However, today we went and my boyfriend got a banana berry crème freeze and asked for no whip but to keep the sprinkles. He does not like whip cream, and this has never been an issue before. They took our order and I pull up to the window to pay when they very loudly are making fun of my boyfriend’s order in front of us. It was two young girls I have never seen before. They were both extremely rude and also burnt both of our bragels. This experience makes me no longer want to go to this location if we are going to be made fun for our order.

They should hand the you the pos, like ALL the others do. Instead they ask if you want to add a tip. Inappropriate and awkward. I’d be more apt to leave one if they didn’t ask.
