Taco Bell - Stevens Point

Got two of the deluxe cravings boxes and both chulupas shells were rock hard, extremely disappointed, the worker who made them obviously didn't care enough to give fresh products. Couldn't even eat it. ??

The online menu is confusing compared to what we got. Tacos were ok. Quesadilla Supreme was thin and had little in it.

We went and we ordered the 12 tacos, they asked if we wanted to consider them and I said no to them twice and when we went into the window and I asked them that the tacos were not superior and he told us that they were not and we got our food home and my son went to get a tacos and they were superior with tomato and sour cream they were all like that! I called and then told exactly what I ordered and gave them my order and they did not record of my order

Food was cold the taco shells were broken and thay only had kiosk working service was not the best

It's been awhile since I've been to Taco Bell, wanted something other than a burger.
