The brasserie at the Cromwell Hotel in Stevenage Old Town is a delightful dining spot. The staff are friendly, well-dressed, and attentive, creating a relaxed ambiance. I enjoyed a delicious rib-eye steak with specially prepared new potatoes, accompanied by a tasty creamy peppercorn sauce. For dessert, I indulged in mint choc-chip ice-cream and a pot of tea. The restaurant offers a variety of meals throughout the day, including Sunday Roasts, making it a worthwhile destination for any meal.

This was my second time visiting since they introduced their new menu and I was very impressed. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful. The entertainment by Benny Guiter Smith was lovely.

I had an early meal this evening with family to birthday. Eating was nice, nice size shares only enough. mostly, some have placed a lot on a plate. presentation was beautiful. service was really good, friendly and would highly recommend the gin and elderflower cheesecake. most beautiful dessert I've had for ever. the waitresses who served us wished me a happy birthday and put a little candle in my dessert without anyone mentioning it. (unfortunately it didn't get any names there)A little, but a thoughtful touch and was very sweet of them. beautiful relaxed atmosphere will definitely be back. my dad is never so impressed when we eat, but even he enjoyed it. thank you so much that I really appreciate my birthday

10. high-time jubilee, decided to give this beautiful facility an attempt, and we are very satisfied. starter (I had the fish cake, good portion size) and net (I had the drawn swarm, excellent) were excellent. beautiful decoration, no loud intrusive music, and our server megan was a loan to the team, dedicated, knowing, charming, helpful, a joyful and perfect for the restaurant, and it is nice to get a waitress with a personality. so well done cooking staff and server. we enjoyed it, and we are happy to go back sooner than later. Thank you.

My first visit to rump and wade yesterday with 2 very dear friends, I was impressed by the decor and atmosphere, and friendly staff! the food we ordered was great! would definitely recommend this amazing place! the manager was very friendly and professional.
