Bidra med feedbackSimply ordering about just eating arrived within 30 minutes and was so hot! the food was the most beautiful Indian we had for a long time! will definitely return.
Wonderful! absolutely delicious! last Friday we ordered a delivery, we were very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food! we had a chicken corai, a chicken Passanda and my daughter is vegan, they did her a vegetable porkia. we also had a garlic naan, a pershwari naan, 2 mushrooms bhaji and 2 wobble bhaji. it was all so delicious! tasteful, delicate chicken in beautiful sauces. will come back soon! and the supplier, an older, Italian gentleman? was so friendly, polite and funny, it was all an absolute joy! and no, I don't work for them or receive from them something! just a w happier customer!
I do not recommend getting a take from this restaurant when they are vegan or vegetarian. that is a real scandal as a prekovid, that was one of my favorite dunes in restaurants in stevenage and I look forward to returning (but only in person). the star review I have given is based on a bad experience (2 3 stars) compared to the usual food quality and usual service (5 stars,) so also in my absolute disappointment I have tried to be fair. when they eat meat, absolutely order them from here eating is delicious and excellent worth. there are many vegan and vegetarian options that are delicious. However, when taking a fully vegan takeaway order, there was a meat dish with the title 'vegetable '. that was, I am sure, a real mistake where the wrong lid was placed on the wrong dish, as it is not a vegetarian restaurant. So when I called to correct and get the meal I originally ordered, the man at the end of the phone was very apologetic and immediately agreed to send the right court. mistakes happen occasionally, and that was handled perfectly. if this was the end of the story, there would be five stars, no content and no current search for a comparable restaurant. However, less than five minutes later, I saved a call from the restaurant informed me the cook did not believe me. That's not okay. I was asked to lift the lid and see if I was right as she could have written 'meat' on the lid instead of 'vegetable'. I informed them that the lid was actually sweet and given my original theory (above), but there were definitiw pieces of meat. I thought originally, huh, but it could have been pork? for ethical reasons, I have not eaten meat since over half of my life, so I admit that I cannot be able to say different types ", apart from being in a curry. my offer to send a photo was rejected, and I was then told that a new meal would actually still be on the way. the delivery driver was very nice. but the meal was ruined effectively and due to the inconsistency, I could not trust to eat the meal. my father (a carnivore) was happy, because as a result he received two curries (they did not want the other back, and I didn't just want to throw it away). but this has certainly contaminated the experience, and I cannot risk deteriorating my convictions with the possibility of eating meat. that means that my father was disappointed with every subsequent curry. here too, I can't stress enough that I'm sure it was originally just a mistake. I have eaten there several times and had no such experience. if I had not received the second call, I would have been getting out of there, but it was a disturbing experience that I will not repeat.
First order they sent was completely wrong and then we asked for a reorder they said they were closing soon. Managed to eventually get them to send a new one in the end that turned up all smashed in the bag and all the contents everywhere. Saved some for the next day to reheat though and found plastic from some sort of packaging inside. Do not go to or order from here!!!
Found this little gem as it was available on 2 for 1 through Tastecard… Best. Onion. Bhajis. Ever. And everything else was top tier, too. Service was amazing despite being short staffed. Friendly. Attentive. Yummy. Will definitely be back!
