Eat'n Park - Steubenville

Gave it one because I can't give it a zero sat and waited didn't get waited on . They were not busy. This is not the first bad experience at this restaurant but it will be my last . There is another eat n park less then 5 miles away which is so much better then this one

This is only for the steubenville mall eat n park! I have given this location several attempts and am very disappointed by everything. we will not return to this place. They're going to Weirton, it's 100 times better. we went on Sunday, the 5th juni and there were 3 more families in the restaurant when we were there. we all ordered the salatbar together with individual meals and our youngest had mac n cheeseorder 1 mozzarella stick appetizer order them 2 buffalo chicken wrap and friesorder 3 crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap and friesentrees came out as ordered but the salatbar is another story. the salatbar had devastated salat, the tomato were sleimy, I will not continue with the rest of the sweetness they were bad. the koleslawin, noodles and fruit were at room temperature and the koleslawin had a bad taste. I ate a bite and started to be sick. the suppers on this day were chili, chicken noodle and potato soup the chili looked like it was sitting there all day when it had an oil layer on top. the chicken soup did not seem to have noodles or chickens and was only broth. when I asked the woman behind the salatable when there was still a chicken soup, she said she just turned it out and went back to write on her phone. I had to ask her attention again whether there were any crackers when the basket was empty, whispered something to another girl and then didn't take the basket back with him. the potato soup I had was in order that it had to be seasoned I had to salt and puff it to add any taste. as I said, after the koleslawe, which was the last thing I arrived before my escape, made me sick. at this place I felt bad and could not eat my escape. as I said, do not go to this eat n park instead travel the extra 15 min or so and go to the weirton location.

This restaurant is an awful place to dine. They prepared my meal incorrectly and below standards, then charged me an extra $2.49 for the mistake. If I had known how poorly they made the sandwich, I would have left before even trying the fries. The manager, Charlotte, is very demanding and disrespectful.

Decent food and a great salad bar. Good service. The sugar cookies are not the best.

We waited 30 minutes to be seated and another hour and a half for our order to be taken. Larger groups sat after us were already eating while we had not received any food. We tried to speak to the manager but were ignored. Finally, our server, who seemed overwhelmed, took our drink orders but nothing else. After two hours, we decided to ask for the check for our drinks as we had not received any food.
