Toaster broken, chicken strips and fries were old and warm. Nor worth $20

I love your Chilie dogs but,I ordered a chilie cheeze hot dog and a banana milkshake, when I got home I had a hot dog with onions and. Mustard!!!!!Where's the Chilie and cheese??? Not happy with that at all,I went just for that Chilie Dog!!Shame on you...

The ice cream wasn't what it used to be, I wouldn't go back.

I'm a sucker for their ice cream, but it seems like every time I place an order, there are difficulties. My order is accepted and paid for...the store is closed early. I place an order and go to the store...they're out of what I ordered. There are technical problems paying with a gift card in the app...but then I can't use the coupon on my phone for an in-person transaction. It's a joke in our house that something always goes wrong when we want dairy queen (and we want it more than I want to admit! . Not sure if it's this store, problems with the app across all stores, or what the difficulty is.

Friendly people and clean restaurant. Much nicer than East Liverpool or Wellsville stores!
