Suzie's Cafe - Sterling

Great food, fun ambiance and friendly staff! The portions are huge, so be hungry when you go.

I was disappointed to find that none of the items I ordered were made in-house. The only exception may have been the clams. This was a letdown for me as I miss the traditional homemade dishes at Suzie's.

The restaurant offers tasty American/country cuisine. Although the place is small, they have picnic tables available outside. If you choose to dine at the outdoor tables, you must first grab a menu inside. Depending on how busy they are, you may need to go inside to place your order. Your food will be brought to you outside, but outdoor dining is done in a takeout style.

I used to come to this restaurant with a girl I was deeply in love with. The food here is some of the best I have ever had. The halibut chunks are absolutely amazing. I can only imagine that the food has gotten even better in the 14 years since I last visited.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you have a big appetite or want leftovers. The portion sizes are generous and the food is delicious. I ordered the Halibut and it was cooked perfectly. Despite being busy in the middle of the afternoon, the service was quick and the staff were friendly. The full parking lot every time we drove by is a testament to its popularity.
