I love the Boba here, I go here every time. They have a number of Boba drinks, they provied excellent service and the workers are so beautiful. I recommend stopping it and getting a drink because the drinks are made so good!

I literally spent about $90 in 4 hours at the mall, visited this place 3 times lol The owner spoke to the customers of the 3. Visit only let us know that she was short (most companies are) and that they appreciate our patience! The waffles are so good! I definitely visit again. This is handmade ice cream! Fresh waffles, freshly made drinks, so definitely going have some patience because it is definitely worth waiting. There are also 2 types of Bobba the poppin bobba is my favorite! Enjoy! I hate that I didn't get pictures of all the things we tried, but everything was great!

Found the place near the Macys, ordered my drink and got it within 5 minutes. Really not sure what these 1 star reviews are talking about when they say “Arm customer service” It is a Boba shop in a shopping center, not a 5-star restaurant where they pamper and check on you every few minutes, stop so legitimate and complain about customer service and enjoy your drink.

I read the reviews before I came here so I knew the waiting period was long. I think it's because they're short employees. I tried the strawberry lemon green tea that was very sweet and tasty. The bubble waffle you order with the rolled ice is very good and unique. The rolled ice was decent. If you don't mind, wait and you like Boba ice cream, check out this place.

Don't listen to bad reviews! Those were Karens who didn't get with their way. This place is great and I love it so much! Tons of cute stuff and now they have a picture background! I love their new vibe! The new manager Dian is super cute and an excellent bobarista. Her and her team are a fresh vibe <3
