Another person to whom I told that customers should be treated well because it could be reflected in the bad reviews, answered me, ma'am, we are not coins for people to like. What a pity that they have this staff that is occupying a position that perhaps others could do with pleasure. chicken was super burnt
I have been coming to this spot for quite some time. The chicken and all the sides are on point. The serving sizes are good, and I never leave hungry. The service is quick, and I always find a good spot to sit. I highly recommend this spot.Food: 5/5
I got food from super chicken and when i got home i put the fried rice in a bowl and when i put the rice i see a HAIR and it not my because i have long hair and the hair is short this is really gross i really want for the lady to put a hairnet or to be more carefulFood: 1/5
Very delicious Peruvian chicken and great sides. However the female employees working there had a serious attitude and seemed bothered that I was even making an order. I even ordered in and speak fluent spanish(I resided in Spain for a decade). I usually do leave a few dollars tip even on a takeout order but in this instance with the attitude from the ladies working here I did not leave a tip. And after paying at the register the one female cashier said “no money a La Verga”. As an employee, How can you expect any tip if you act bothered by the customer simply for ordering? Will not come back. I didn’t feel welcome here.
I was in town from NC and decided to check out This place. This was my first and Last time. If I could give them zero stars I would. The worse customer service ever and they completely. I was standing in line and the worker continually skipped me to only take order from Hispanic customers. Then when I finally got the worker attention and placed my order and after waiting 30mins and seeing other Hispanic customers Getting there food (even getting the same thing. Ordered). I requested a refund. Instead of the cashier acknowledging my request she keep ringing up orders. She literally looked me in my face and kept ringing up orders. Then within 3mins of me requesting a refund, they had my food ready. By that point, I still didn’t want it and the manager did give me my money back. If you want to be discriminated against, feel free to eat at this establishment.
