Bidra med feedbackI was on a trip and saw Baja Tacos, it looked like a local restaurant, so I decided to try it. The Taco was amazing, also I ordered the combination Burrito (bef and beans). The beans override the beef, it tasted good when you enjoy beans Burritos. Overall, this was good and affordable food.
I had my first meal in this facility almost 40 years ago. At the time, my good friend Jack worked where he was slinging Tacos. Not much has changed this time, except Jack has the place now. The best food is rocking as much as it was.
Local, long-term fast food Mexican favorite and culinary landmarks. This local fast food facility is usually close and expensive for most locals. Do not let the limited seats fool you. It's the place to be. Locals that visit the place at their visits home and the ordinary hometown crowd is always there. I've been eating here for 30 years. The frito pies (double it as a monster pie) are the specificity, but the softshell tacos, chimicangas and openly confronted chili burger are among others faves of me. I usually get tomatoes (please ask for them) and onions on my Friito pees and chilli berry and extra hot sauce on the side.
I moved to Colorado five years ago. To the left Baja Tacos was great. I was gone for 15 years. When I wanted to eat there again, I was still the biggest food I had eaten with time. People who work there are fast, friendly, a very great attitude. Always want a quick meal, go to Baja Tacos. You'll be glad.
A must go for Tex Mex. Everytime I'm in Sterling I swing by for a enchilada tray or lunch. It's one of those places if you've llived in Sterling for a length of time you probably love it.
