Burger King - Sterling Heights

That is the third time that I went to this place, and there is no one there, despite their hours, that their open it is 7 o'clock this time and they should be open today at 6 o'clock. I have other paintings at 8 o'clock and nothing. I just sat through the drive and waited for nothing

Usually never a long wait or wrong order. My go to for BK.

Why does your assistant manager work there in customer service when she’s so awful and unhelpful???I ordered with the app and it was set to another location and I asked for her help. All she would say is “nope”, “nope”. Very unhelpful and uncaring. She then accused me of trying to get free food. Wow. As long as this person is there I won’t be back. I left hungry and went to McDonald’s.

Has gotten much better with the managment change. Wouldnt even go here before. Gave it a try when i heard there was cha ges made. And was overall happy with my experience. Will return again.

Swung into the drive-thru for a #1 w/cheese Xtra pickle, med. size. Couldn't decide between mozzarella sticks or jalapeño bites. The guy working the D-Thru talked me into jal-bites w/zesty sauce. Sold I said!! Everyone I met there Wether taking my order or my?were zestfully professional. My order was correct and out the window at a timely manor. Ty Sterling Hts. Burger ? King ?. Only thing is you forgot my zesty sauce ?. If you in the neighborhood swing in for a quick trip thru the D-thru.
