When calling in, the one lady, is very smart, rude, and disrespectful. Her service is very inconsiderate. My family does a lot of business with them, but with her attitude, it really steers me from them.

We decided to try a Sicilian pizza We called the guy was like it will be 1 and half hours we said that's fine He then handed the phone to someone else They took our order The delivery guy came in 45 minutes The pizza was cold and doughy not cooked long enough the toppings were just added at the end because they were not cooked either We were very disappointed We spent 48.00 dollars on our food It should have been at least cooked all the way through The hamburger sub was not good either The only thing that was good was the wings We do not recommend this place

Front desk lady is very rude, seemed bothered by me placing an order over the phone, after i waited 25 min on hold just to order.... 3o min later Order wasnt even right, sandwich had 2 things i specifically didnt want and ask to not be added on. Customer service is horrible.

I ordered online, went to pick it up, apparently they don't check their online orders, had to order at the shop and charged me $9 more. Because it's cheaper to order online. They don't honor their online specials. Then they should take down their website and only take phone orders.

Ordered delivery and told the person over the phone that I just moved into town and was looking for a place I could enjoy. I ordered a pizza, cheesesteak and fries. The pizza wasn 't bad. Kinda hard to mess up pizza. The fries came in a bag and were soggy by the time they were delivered. Plus the portion size was very small considering the price and that other pizzerias fry portions are at least double. But the most annoying part was I specifically said I wanted cheesesteak with no onions just meat and cheese I even said no cooked onions in the meat or raw onions in the sandwich the guy repeated every time I strongly emphasized no onions. And my sub came LOADED with onions. Looked them up on Facebook to complain and discovered numerous sanitation complaints with their food. Won 't be ordering again. Too bad my kids love pizza we 're going to have to find another pizzeria in our area. Oh and the specials they have advertised online right on the very top of their menu don 't even exist and weren 't honored. Thought I was being hard on them and decided to try the nachos. Instead of regular cheese it came with a half inch thick gelatinous microwave nuked blob of cheese and soggy lettuce. They suck.
