Dairy Queen - Steeleville

Yet again we order chicken strip baskets and we are one to two strips shy on what we ordered and paid for.....these young kids working there need a adult on duty at all times and need to learn how to count

Horrible service. Meal was wrong. Worker didn't know how to navigate the Dairy Queen app so paid full price for an order that wasn't right.

I guess we will be driving to Chester or Sparta next time. Wanted Banana Splits, they didn't have Bananas. Ordered a Royal New York cheesecake blizzard and they didn't put any Strawberries in it.

The service was slow only ordered 2 blizzards and both were wrong didn't even take the time to go back to complain because I didn't figure it would help I went against my better judgment and stopped at the stillville Dairy Queen instead of going on to Sparta where they have a lot better service and food I will not be going back to the still hold Dairy Queen anytime soon. You would think for the prices that they charge that they would take a little time to get their order correct.
