Terrible customer service. 40 minutes in line. Black card members keep showing up and going to the head of line.

Yup will wait and wait a long time at this place. One little old lady moving at the speed of a fart! You will wait forever and then eventually give up and walk away like soo many before you.

The worst casino I have ever been to. To start, the road to get their is curves and turns the whole way. Then, couldn't even eat at their buffet because you have to have a blue card and have over 1500 points. Yet on their website it tells you in small print. Hidden information. Also, you can't even buy snacks at their Snax bar without taking a number and waiting to be called first..20 minutes to order a pretzel? Ridiculous. Tried to book a room and couldn't do that either, only complimentary stays. It just kept getting worse and worse I swear. I don't know how this won San Diego's favorite casino? To top it off the guests playing were rude and pushy. It might not make much of a difference, but I will never be back or recommend this place. Bye.

Visited this casino on April 4, and Eduardo at the Players Club was incredibly helpful for our whole party of 7. Give this guy a raise!

Don't bother visiting the dining options at this casino. They only allow players to access their restaurants based on attendance and nowhere does it refer to that on their website. We wasted hours round trip to visit just to get turned away. What a joke!
