La Pizzeria - Stayner

The cheese salad with homemade dressing at this restaurant is amazing! I decided to try something different and ordered the potato pizza, which was also fantastic. I'm looking forward to trying more of their pizzas in the future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious food.

This little gem of a place is so close to our home and we just discovered it. We went out for pizza and we made the right choice for dinner. The pizza was delicious as well as the ceasar salad we had (dressing made by...owner). The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with their suggestions for our dinner. I definately recommend this place for anyone driving through Stayner for lunch or dinner. You'll be happy you did! There are only a few tables to dine in but you can definately take your order with you.

On the way to Collingwood for lunch stopped and not disappointed. I had a little chicken Caesar salad (which was definitely NOT small: and my husband had a spicy meatball sandwich. Both were delicious. My husband was happy because the sandwich actually had a heat. The banana peppers had something to do with it! We would definitely go back.

I have passed this place while driving through Stayner many times but never dropped in... until now. Recommended by a friend who lives in a neighbouring town and he wasn’t lying. It’s fantastic. Picked up a large thin crust with pepperoni, bacon, and sausage and...it was delicious! Met the owner and his wife and they were great people. I even gave them a tip on where to find the best poutine around. (Hint... it’s in Angus. Keep doing what you’re doing guys. Now... to find a way to get to Stayner more often....

I can’t believe we’ve lived so close to this place for so many years and have only just discovered it... Worth the drive from Wasaga to pick up a “Rocky Balboa”! (fully loaded deliciousness- I usually can slam back 4 pieces of pizza easily, but...this pie has me full at 2). We are on our way to becoming regulars for sure (have been 3 times in the last month). You have to try this place!
