Black Duck Cafe - STAWELL

I was traveling back home to Adelaide on a Sunday during the holiday season and was pleasantly surprised to find this place open (an extra star for that!). It was a nice change to have a quiet lunch here instead of going to a crowded McDonald's. The outdoor tables were lovely, the service was friendly, and I enjoyed a decaf coffee with homemade lasagna and salad. The food had a nice, country-style feel to it - simple and unfussy. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.

Had a birthday afternoon tea here. Good service, pleasant people, lovely coffee. I had a bacon and egg toasted sandwich. Very nice.

Peter was extremely friendly, the service was fantastic, the coffee was exactly how I like it, and his dinner recommendation for later that day was perfect. Eric and Jan would definitely return when in Stawell.

I had lunch with friends who were visiting from Melbourne for the weekend. The meal was excellent, the service was friendly, and the prices were fantastic. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Booked table for ninety seconds birthday party Tuesday tenth December, 92, 10/12/2019 for 12.30 clock about ten customers, as I fully paid as my/our gift with a terrible order mix, very slow service insult to find a great ninety-second birthday...respectful celebration
