The brisket is delicious and had just the right amount of fat and char. Their ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious and their sausage is smoked to perfection, it has that perfect snap and tons of flavor. We try to give this location a chance every 6 months or so and every single time they are always out of something we want. Today they were out of two of the three things we went for. At this rate they may as well have a sign of what they still have available. Clearly not having enough food is a constant problem. No forks to eat with, had to share a set with my boyfriend. Employees not cleaning table tops even when it's slow. At least the food they do have on hand is always good. The location in Dacula is a bit further but never had any of these issues at that location.

Best thing about this place is the eating area- very cute and seems like a cool place to gather. Food was TERRIBLE. So much fat in the brisket and rib tips. The food was almost cold. Mac and cheese has kraft cheese slice melted on top. Shana the cashier just stared at us awkwardly not one hello or what can i get for you . Seems like a place for a good time NOT for good food. Came here passing through and was disappointed by the small portions. They forgot one of my sides and their pulled beef was incredibly dry. A nice shack but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
