Bidra med feedbackA pizza to pick up and say it was 20 minutes. I went after 20 minutes, paid for my order and was told that it was almost done. I waited while other customers came and placed their orders; The cashier screamed twice back to see if my order was ready. I saw pizzas made, cooked and brought to the buffet. I asked the cashier to check for my order. They looked around and discussed it and finally decided that they never did it or maybe did it and gave it to someone else. Who knows? They didn't. I asked for a refund and they refunded the price of my pizza. I also paid for a salad I took. But no compensation for the waiting or bad service.
Eat here since I was 12 and always good pizza, but this was thrown into the box, I ordered additional toppings and there had no additional toppins all moved to the front of the box. Not good this time. Maybe they had a bad night.
Pizza was old. Buffet was not often in stock. It was 6:30 on a Friday night, place started with the busier, but very little pizza added in the bar. Definitely go to the other location of Statesville
I've been immersed in this place many times. The food is always good, but the atmosphere lacks attractiveness. The salad bar was in terrible form with food items sown over the bar. Empty tables were not made of dirty dishes, this is for the course at this point. If I had been a health inspector, I would have received a satisfactory food quality. With a few locations to eat in West Statesville, can you not make this location more attractive for dunes in patrons?
Pretty good tasting pizza and desert pizza, but the pasta salad was a little raw and spaghetti was mid.
