Mezzaluna Ii - Statesville

Chef fresh prepared at time of ordering. Choices were tough but I went with Whiskey Shrimp and Scallops. My partner ordered lobster ravioli, we shared and both dishes were fantastic! Flavorful and delicious. When I visit Statesville again, I will return. Friendly staff. Good service. Highly recommend!!

Best Italian Restaurant in Statesville for not only the food but the atmosphere as well. Cozy, family-style, friendly, romantic place to take your spouse, family or co-workers or friends. It has a feeling of going home to eat.

Food very bland. This was a party of about 30 and they closed the restaurant for it. No telling how much the plates were. The grooms parents paid but I would of never choose it after reading the other reviews.the bathrooms were not clean. I told the staff they were out of paper towels and they never did put any in there. Made me wonder what the staff was using after washing. The deck out back was closed, for good reason. Trash and just nasty junk . Only had 5 dishes to choose from and none of them sounded good. Igott the chicken something and 5he waitress told me it was spicy.but had zero flavor. The cups and silverware looked grungy. Oh well live and learn. No. I will not ever eat there again..

This place is a must try in Downtown Statesville! The chef owner Alex is an amazing chef! Don’t forget to save room for dessert! I recommend making a reservation on a busy night!
