Mcdonald's - Statesville

Manager was rude. Extremely disgusting with her attitude. Then tried to hire me and asked if I would work there. No thanks, but I would like YOU the MANAGER to work there and DO your job not be rude and make customers wait until they leave due to having to be at their jobs. That they work without attitude regardless because that is HOW you work a job. You drop the attitude and you instead be greatful you HAVE a job. Anyways, get better at your job.

Slow and rude might be too nice for this one. I know I’m from the south and expect a level of courtesy other might not but dang this was bad. I should just use the app and avoid it all I guess. #loosingmylifewaiting

Dirty and very rude. A girl manager fighting with me over what sandwich I want. When I asked for a chicken sandwich deluxe but change the patty to a McChicken patty she wanted to fight with me and just say so u want a McChicken and had to repeat my order on what I wanted and she still wasn't listening.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a Big Mac no lettuce or onion. Got my order headed back to work I was on my lunch break. When I took a bite out of the Big Mac there was lettuce. I’m allergic to lettuce and that’s why I don’t get it on my sandwich. So I called and told him an the guy says he’s sorry an he can replace it on my next order so I said ok and he said he had to go let Bobby know an he would be right back and he hung up on me!!! This is so rude an it was my first time eating at this McDonald’s. Needless to say I won’t be back!!

I don’t understand how you have to pull up to the 3rd window to wait and the food is cold everytime. It makes no sense. Top 3 worst McDonalds I’ve been too and I travel a lot. Place needs new management and clean house
