Burger King - Statesboro

Everytime I go to this Burger King my food is hot and fresh Ms.Gwen is an awesome manger and Ms.Neka is an amazing crew member great customer service

Always clean, service is fast and the workers are polite

I walked in today at 1:45pm. The woman at the front counter didn 't bother taking my order and told me it 'll be a minute . They were backed up on orders. The front counter woman kept fussing that the cooks were placing the food in the wrong place causing confussions. After waiting 10 minuts, still not having my order even placed, I walked out. I took the attached picture as I was leaving. That truck was the last truck in the drive thrue line due to confussions . I went to Wendey 's where it only took 7 minutes to be seated with my food.

This location can’t seem to get DoorDash orders correct. Is it a reading and comprehension issue? Or What? Always missing ingredients. Food quality has declined. Management needs to be replaced or something.

It's so nice to come to a clean place and have speedy service with a smile.i really enjoyed my breakfast.april was the cashier and was very pleasant in attitude and you can tell she cares about her food and customer service skills.inwill be returning.
