The folks at Palermo have some of the best, most authentic Italian food not just on Staten Island but in the entire city. Anytime I visit my family I look forward to ordering.

Ok so tonight we wanted to order pizza my son said let's try Palermo so I looked at reviews and decided to get the upside down pie... order was late very late and I was starving today I didn't get to eat anything todayAnyway there was a mishap with the delivery.. when I no longer wanted the order I called but first I threw a frozen store bought pizza in the oven then called just to let them know I was a little upset about it.. anyway the girl apologized and said she will make a new pie n get it here in 20 min I said no I just threw a frozen **** pie in the oven and as we sat and took a bite of the crappy pie my door bell rang she brought me the pizza anyway and some zeppolies (which are my favorite) she said I couldn't let you eat frozen pizza ... she was so sweet and because of this they will always have a customer also because there pizza was very good!!! Thank you so much for caring about your customers and for not letting me eat my crappy store bought pizza

Service at this place is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this pizza place to anyone. The entire place needs to be renovated too and the toilet makes a loud noise for at three minutes after flushing.

Their white pie was absolutely delicious and my son had upside down pie he loved it

Ok so let me start by saying me and my sister started getting texts with specials so we decided to order . so I live in tottenville and she lives on forest hill road. so we both ordered and loved the food and the portion size so she decided she will order every week and meal prep for the week . so the second time she ordered they said I'm sorry but you are too for us to deliver! don't you think you should have known that the first time she ordered. my Husband loves wings so we ordered the wing special and it was good. Today I received a text stating Halloween special $14.99 penne vodka and grilled or friend chicken. So I ordered and they sent me an email confirmation. Then I get a call from palermo so sorry but the price is wrong. I said ok but it's paid for it should be honored cause it wasn't my fault and she said no I'm sorry. So needless to say they lost mine and my sisters business ‍‍ Not a good way to start off a new business guys!!
