Mcdonald's - Staten Island

Faster service and friendly staff. reasonably clean and was a quick transaction. definitiw seen bad mcdonald’s.

This Macdonald is terrible in everything, tables are dirty , very poor customer service I went their with my husband we ordered. looking for a clean table all nasty I asked someone 3 times to give me anything to clean with they just giving napkins and no one really came in to clean it, there is no manager I guess or maybe is worst than the employees

This McDonald 's is atrocious to say the least and that 's putting it nicely. I came in to order at the kiosk and pick up as the drive through lines were very busy. I ordered at the kiosk and waited by the pick up. I wasn 't given a receipt by the kiosk.The pick up area has a large dried up splatter of ketchup that a staff dry mopped with a soiled mop. The splatter was never touched. I waited about 20 minutes and it felt like forever. There is a ton of staff at the drive through window which could be more efficient. They complained about making 5 frappes at one point.Anyway, I finally get my cookie tote and burnt coffee. The cookies were fresh and that 's my one star for them.I was fairly entertained by the young kids screaming f you inside. I don 't say this often but I will certainly never return. Tip: Clean your establishment with CLEAN props.

Staffed by mostly teenagers, under 18. Getting paid $15 an hour and still feel underpaid, with attitude and mindset that won't change. This is expected when you deal with kids. Owners wanted to hire cheaply. This is the kind of service you should be expecting. Even their managers are getting paid at a teenager level, of 15.5.

Just visited the McDonalds on Forest Avenue and dealt with Erica. She was a pleasure, so much so that I felt the need to do a review. Think you and hope you have a great weekend. (Ice)
