Domino's Pizza - Staten Island

Over two hours for delivery, couldn?t get in contact with them on the phone or online to cancel the order. Utterly ridiculous.

I Went in and placed the order, was easy and fast ...the restaurant was clean and organized. The gentlemen, that took my order was very efficient and knowledgeable.I will definitely order again

Terrible, terrible service. don 't even know why this location has remained open. pretty slow for a chain that supposed to cater as fast food. won 't be ordering from domino 's anymore, especially from this location. with the amount of bad reviews, youwould think they would fix their service.

I used to get pizza pretty quickly, but the past three orders were very frustrating. One time it took two hours at least to arrive. One of my kids gave up and went to bed. Another time they forgot something, I called they said sorry we are busy, if wego back that way we will drop it off....never did.... they did give me an extra soda the next time the delivery driver noticedit was the same house and tried to make it right even though it wasn't the order I wanted from last time and a soda wassignificantly cheaper than the item ordered. Now I sit here waiting for our order which may be our last time from this storebecause it's becoming a trend. It's a wednesday night,not weekend and it's been almost an hour and half again. The estimatedtime of arrival was an hour ago. Just frustrated. It used to come quickly a few months back but something changed.

I gave them one star because they deliver late at night however, when ordering for delivery I?ve experienced them place my food in the freezing cold meanwhile it never stated it was delivered, 0 care in customer service they will offer you a coupon that isnot valid for their location, through the website of course because they don?t pick up the phone! This location needs newmanagement and delivery people. Also the food seems to always be undercooked either cheese not melted or wings taste raw withsauce on them!
