Bidra med feedbackI have placed an order online and paid extra for Guacamole (avocado), but when I go home and try to eat there was no Guacamole. I am a regular customer and really disappointed as paid extra for it. Even when I chose the job I asked from the employee, you set avocado and she said yes. Why can't you look at the order and make it right? So bad
Never had a problem in this place. The food was always great, but yesterday I got a bowl and found two pieces of hair in it? I tried to call the store and it's impossible to get through it. I had already left the location and was in a hurry to go to my second job, so I couldn't get back to the store to let them know in person of this problem.
Staff worked hard, but nobody cleaned the tables and chairs. We had to clean our table. The foods were shares which do not correspond to their prices. I had a bowl and it was very weak in portions. So there were two of my employees. My employee asked about the part, but it was said that everyone retreated enough in their choice. The food was good and fresh, but I probably won't go back. I paid almost $20 for my bowl and a bottle drink.
Run badly. To overwhelmed by the line of people. Just work to everything she could, as fast as she could. The result was nothing like the bowls from the past. I like the food and felt for the girl, but she needed advice that the customers pay for perfection that Chipotle wants from her franchise. I also believe that the situation can be overwhelmed and under prepared because some things were not available. Good luck. I'm not here.
I?m writing this because today, Wednesday March 23rd around 2pm, I took my usual ride to chipotle that I take every other evening. I am a regular customer, I come to Chipotle all the time and I spend a lot of money there every week. The location of the Chipotle I go to is 2655 Richmond Ave, Staten Island NY. Me and my family have been coming to this Chipotle for many times because the customer service was always amazing and I?ve never had a issue. Lately, there is one worker who is a Cashier woman(I think she is shift leader or manager) who has given me a attitude, talked to me nasty and I truly felt like I am a bother to her I come to Chipotle. this is not okay for a worker to be given this attitude to customers while working her job. I am not here to complain about this. I?m a retail worker too. Some one has to correct her. Thanks
