Bidra med feedbackHanasaku is a solid 5 stars. Feeling like something a bit different while driving back to Brisbane google pointed us to Hanasaku and it did not disappoint. For a small rural town this punches above its weight and would be sold out if it was in a town/city of any size. Their food and presentation is to die for. Good Asian shop in the adjacent building also good to top up on favourite Asian foods before hitting the road
WOW! We were blown away by this Japanese food: so fresh and delicious. The Aburi Salmon was our favourite and the kimichi was homemade. The serving of Octopus balls were generous too
Little hidden gem in Stanthorpe QLD. If you are heading up to Qld or down to NSW, Hanasaku is a good stop for a delicious Japanese style meal. Had the Pork Gyoza and Agedashi Tofu along with Vegetable Udon noodles, all have a lovely taste. The Agedashi Tofu is perfect, not too strong in flavour but enough to have a lingering, satisfying after-taste. My son loves the pork gyoza and upon noodles. This little industrial-style decorated eatery is cute and welcoming.
This place was a very pleasant surprise during a last minute trip up to Queensland. The restaurant was off the main street and in a nondescript industrial type building, the interior is basic but functional. Do not let the simple look put you off the food is fresh delicious. It could easily rival Japanese restaurants in larger cities, it just proves that you shouldn't bypass country town restaurants judging on looks alone. The pork tonkatsu meal was a good size for the price and the tonkatsu sauce tasted like it was made onsite and not from a bottle which is a huge plus. This place deserves to be way busier than it was when we are there.
This Hanasaku Japanese Restaurant is a must stay and eat notification well worth to mark on your calendar! They only serve the freshest and best for a moderate price that is more then fair. We were in good company and the food is so outstanding good. Those selections are out of this world and I tell you a secret, they not only serving Japanese snacks and food they also have the finest Korean food creations we ever tasted.
