Very poor service. we just wanted to have a drink before we went to luzern with the boat. we did not feel welcome. also the payment by card is only possible from a minimum of plus (I think), very unfriendly staff. not recommended for...all

It seems they do not want to have any guests: try to call them to make a reservation for people. had to wait about a minute (not a problem). they were told that we are in the middle of the service (also no problem) I said I was really sorry, but. was interrupted and informed that it doesn't matter whether I'm sorry or not (that's a problem) had him a very good day and decided to write a review here that's experience in harmony with many other reviews I've read. it seems to be a muster and I really suggest avoiding this place

We had a good dinner with a great view over the lake.

We can hardly wait until the 2021 Fisch Chnusperli season opens...we were there again yesterday. As always, fine cuisine, attentive service and an exciting thunderstorm atmosphere.
