Good food but way too much rice and beans on the burritos and not enough chicken.

$6 for a the tiniest cup of beans or rice? The prices are getting ridiculous! They think we can't cook at home lol. Pollo Loco, let your ego down a bit, you're going to lose customers. Your prices are pathetic..... On top of that, their young staff aren't even educated. Teach them manners and customer service skills! The kids need the adults to teach them! Some of them seem soooo dumb.

Delicious food and great service. The chicken is marinated perfectly. It better than most fast food chicken restaurants. I love during the Christmas holidays when they have pozole and tamales. Delicious

When the line in the drive through is long, it's faster to go inside the restaurant. This El Pollo Loco can get busy at times.
