They often mess up my smoothie (only tastes the way it should 60% of the time), don't honor a discount when the app messes it up (just say sorry and expect you to leave), and just now called at 8:35 pm (when the app wouldn't let me order) to be told she was closing early (25 mins)because she was the only one there.And if you complain on social media the manager will offer you a free smoothie with no clear instructions on redeeming and then tell you to just tell them at the counter. Apparently this happens often enough the staff is just supposed to take your word for it.

I ordered two smoothies online with some changes and add ons and I must say THEY ARE PERFECT like I’m talking so good I wanted to walk in there in a hug the person I saw they seem to be understaffed and properly don’t make enough money but they were so kind and it’s SOO CLEAN IN THERE I could not be happier with my experience I was very nervous to spend this much money and I will be going to this location again esp for the kind younger looking WOC working there much love y’all give them a raise please maybe I’ll get three smoothies I hope they get the full tip I gave they deserve it!!!
My daughter and I both got ill Saturday after our Smoothie. Poor customer service and even worse product.
Awful customer service. On one occasion was told I could not use my rewards, another time my smoothie was made and it was like water. I asked The person to thicken it up which they did with ice so now it was diluted. Another time my card was ran but they did not apply my points and I was told they could not go back and apply? last time I went I ordered the peanut PowerPlus and as always I told them the strawberry. Once my order was ready it was chocolate and I told them I ordered the strawberry one. The girl standing there who look like she was training argued with me about it and I told her I order the same thing every single time I go in which is about twice a week. She got an attitude and threw the drink out in said well we’ll just make another one with another attitude. I told her she did not need to have a sassy mouth on her as it is not good for customer service which is the industry I am in. she continued to mouth off at me to look tough in front of the girl she was training which infuriated me even more. I finally said just make the darn smoothie because I’m not coming back. I work a few doors down which is sad because I’m not interested in going back. I will walk next-door to Harris Teeter and getting my own peanut butter, strawberries and bananas and make my own smoothie. As you can see, The reply to this was a generic reply which is the same thing they reply to everyone. I guess the owners and management don’t care either!
