The Anchor - Staines

We had snack pots chicken gugons and chips was really delicious. had my mother who has dementia with me and all the workers were fantastic with her thanks so much

This pub is my local just a stone throw away. we don't make much of an effort to go there but when we do we always fe welcome, Great atmosphere and good entertainment too. we have just started to do the pub quiz on a Wednesday and loved if. The food here is nice too and would recommend anyone here.

Great local pub, wonderful community, very welcoming environment with great food and drinks. I could not have started my trip to London out better anywhere else.

A very friendly, relaxed pub with a wide range of food and drinks. We were visiting Staines during the Euros final and strauggled to find aywhere we could watch the game. We called this pub and they said they will squeese us two in. The landlord came over and spoke to us for about 30 minuets just having a polite conversation about everything. He explained how he and his partner came across the pub and how good a local repuation they have. The locals all walked past us and made conversation. Havent seen you in here before. Where are you from . They all gave us tips on places to visit and things to see. The pub had an amazing atmosphire. We spent hours eating and drinking here and would have gone back if we had more time. I would reccomened anyone visiting the area to check this smashing local pub out. Thanks for a great night :

Don’t usually go to the pub but I’ll definitely be returning to the anchor 10/10 customer service. I was served by Emma she always spoke with a large smile! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
