Wendy's - Staffordville

Ordered and received the Dave's double. Both burgers work either overcooked or sitting under a heating rack for a while. It was 2:00 p.m. so...

Quick service, fresh food. Tried the new loaded nacho burger and it was awesome.

I recently visited the Wendy's drive-through on August 15th at 6:15 PM, and I must say, the experience left me utterly disappointed. The encounter with an employee, a Caucasian woman with tattoos, was far from what I've come to expect from a brand like Wendy's.From the moment I approached the window, her attitude was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. To my disbelief, she engaged in a heated argument with me, all within full view of other customers. It was truly disheartening to witness such behavior from a supposed service professional.As if that wasn't enough, her inability to accurately process my order led to unnecessary confusion. She even went as far as questioning whether she was addressing a customer or speaking to herself, adding to the overall discomfort of the situation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Wendy's commitment to customer satisfaction.I've always held Wendy's in high regard, but this encounter has certainly shattered that perception. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a much higher standard of service and professionalism. It is my hope that Wendy's addresses this matter promptly and takes measures to prevent such distressing incidents in the future.In conclusion, my recent visit to Wendy's drive-through was a disappointing and disheartening experience, tarnishing the brand's reputation in my eyes. I look forward to seeing improvements, but I don't have high hopes for this location as they always have had issues with attitudes.

The location specifically is fine, but to order thru the app and/or website was a nightmare. Took me 20 mins. Wouldn't accept any payment, not bc of lack of funds, it just went back to the payment screen, horrible. Finally just went and ordered when I got there bc after I tried 4 times and then my bf tried on a different phone w different payment options, we got no where.

Good burgers and fries. Chicken sandwich chicken too thin.
