Went last evening with a friend for second visit. Only heard about the fact that it was now fully open recently. The draught Beers are exceptional in quality, clarity and palate. So many to try too. I shall be visiting again on the Open Day on Saturday the 10th June, and hoping for a Cellar visit. Nick Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Very nice pub with loads of ales all brewed on site, pub has events on every couple weeks, staff friendly and Ste the gaffa is nice bloke always ready for a chat. They do sausage rolls and cobs and cakes and hot drinks would highly recommend. would highly recommend.
Excellent beers at a good price with a good choice. Friendly staff
Fantastic tap house for the Izaak Walton Brewery, situated in the small village of Norton Bridge. They offer a wide selection of their own ales, along with ciders and spirits. This very friendly and welcoming pub has a great selection of bar snacks, including sausage rolls and scotch eggs. Well worth a visit if in the area, unfortunately, there is no longer any public transport, so may require a designated driver, or consider a reasonably priced taxi from either Stafford or Stone. You won't regret it, but do remember to check opening times before making your journey.
