Ordered off their website. Taken payment. After contacting foodhub they have processed my payment to be returned within 5 working days and offered me £3 added to my wallet as an apology. Rejected the offer. If the restaurant is closed for 2 weeks then take online orders offline

Ordered 3 pizzas and ice cream for delivery. One of the pizzas was wrong, as was the ice cream. Phoned the shop who said they would send the correct pizza out. They not only charged me for the replacement pizza but its now over an hour later and still no pizza

Ordered through a takeaway app. Delivery was status on its way from 7:45 when it hadn’t arrived at 8:45 called to be told it will be sent out in 15 minutes. When it hadn’t arrived by 9:30 we called to have the first man say we’re busy it will be sent out in half an hour and slam the phone down when I protested that 10pm is too late to eat. Called back to query a refund and the most arrogant and rude man shouted saying we are busy if you don’t like it call the takeaway app to get a refund save yourself a not particularly good food and shocking service Chicken was tough and tasteless donner tough and stale chips ok but who can’t fry oven chips hardly any salad and just Chucked in a box so not sure why it would take 2hours 15 and the confrontation of a very arrogant aggressive member of staff. If you’re busy stop accepting orders. If you don’t want to deal with customers get out of the food industry, I hope someone talks to that man in the same way he spoke to me. I am sure he wouldn’t to another man just to women. Disgraceful

Had delivery absolutely disgusting chicken over cooked n dry kebab meat dry chips under cooked wouldnt even give it my dog it went in the bin was also cold its honestly the worst takeaway I've ever had by a country mile, feel totally ripped off, wouldn't touch this **** hole ever again how they got the nerve to serve food like that ill never know, bottle of coke was ok tho im surprised that weren't flat,

I ordered two chicken kebabs and they were absolutely disgusting. The chicken had a foul smell and when I called to complain, they apologized and said they had a new employee who made a mistake and gave us old chicken that was supposed to be thrown away. They sent out another kebab, but the chicken was raw this time. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.
