Costa Coffee - Stafford

The staff are so lovely but it really is a gamble if they are open or not... so many people turning up and leaving both in the morning and afternoon. New opening hours on the door this week and now open at 8am so no good anymore for a coffee on the way to work... gutted as loved a Friday Costa treat.

Coffee tasted amazing but could do with being a bit warmer, hence the 4 star and not a 5. staff are friendly

This is the best Costa we have ever visited. Great staff, always friendly even when under pressure. We visit every week and it makes us feel valued customers as they always remember our order. Thanks Costa!

Always good the girls are friendly and the toast was cooked to perfection sometimes they haven’t got brown bread but we can live with that

As you approach the counter, you are not even acknowledged. The staff barely speak to you and quickly hand you your food without much interaction. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
