I love their Cheesesteak with Peppers Sub and great prices

I went there yesterday afternoon with my granddaughter. I had a issue with digest ingredients my roll on my meatballs sandwich I started coughing an feeling bad. Billy our waiter came over am asked if I would like a glass of water which helped me he bought me out another sandwich with the roll not toasted . kind considerate . food was awesome I can't tank Billy our servicer enough. I used to be a big fan of this place but lately things are going downhill and the food doesn't seem to be as good as in the past. The last pizza I took home had to be finished off in my own oven. My biggest complaint is with the prices. There is an automatic 3.99% surcharge for inflation and an extra charge if you use a credit card to pay. The menu prices don't match the actual prices. I recently called to order a pizza and asked how much it costs and when I went to pick it up, the price went up. When someone calls and asks the price, you're supposed to tell them the full price with surcharges and taxes. It's a shame this place feels a need to play games with the prices. I realize I'm only one customer but I'll never go back again.
