Jackie's Bistro - Stafford

We just ate here for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it! We went there tonight and it seems they're closing down due to a family emergency. It was great having a non-chain restaurant in Stafford. I hope they can find a way to keep it open!

Love their bulgoki beef. The homemade desserts are really good too.

Honestly, one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The service is great! Very friendly and welcoming. The establishment is clean and comfortable. THE. FOOD. WAS. EXCEPTIONAL. Started with the Goon Mandu which was balanced and tasty. Then the soup of the day which was chicken and vegetable. Made from scratch, the broth was amazing! After that i was served the Radish Kimchi which was the perfect amount of savory and spicy. To top it all off, I got the Beef Bolgoki. The beef was tender, the vegetables were fresh, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend this restaurant. I will be returning and recommending a visit to my friends and family. Thank you to Jackie's!
