It was 4:20 and we had been waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes. A staff member informed us that they close from 4 to 6 o'clock. They are not open 24 hours.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 waters and a coke, but instead received 2 small cups of water that seemed to be meant for employees. The workers had such terrible attitudes that I didn't even bother pointing out their mistake. Save your time and go somewhere else. I mean, anywhere else.

Why does night staff always have the worst customer service? first, it took one because for anyone who could answer thru loudspeaker on the laufwerk. how do you want to recharge buttermilk? I thought jack in the box would supply at least 1 free buttermilk for my tacos. I bet the personal makes extra change for their own pockets.

Created a mobile job on the app on 8/8/2022 and went to pick it up and the location was closed for cleaning. That's okay for me, but now I can't get a refund. I have contacted us almost a week and I can't reach anyone. tonight, when I finally had time to go to this particular place, the lobby was closed and the drive thru had a few cars so I tried to call the load no answer. I have the worst customer service I want to return for my order. it is time to deny it with my credit card company.

Trash service trash employees. Cant even get refills and they scam you into getting bigger sizes without even having a running soda machine
