Amazing teas and shakes, and wonderful staff. The owner Audrey is the nicest and most caring person you will ever meet. I highly recommend their healthy approach to good nutrition and weight loss, or whatever your goals may be. Wish I could give them tenstars!!

Wonderful place!! The owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about loaded teas and shakes, as well as the other products. Great atmosphere, I highly recommend!!

For this partucular review I want to talk about two things. Firstly, the shake itself. I got a pina colada replacement meal shake with frozen strawberries, and take this as a warning: the taste of the protein mix they put in hits you hard and fast. Ifyou absolutely despice that sort of taste, it might not be the best for you. After a couple sips though, I got used to theproteiny taste and started to actually taste the drink. I was a fan, it kind of tastes like drinking a twizzler. So, initialflavor is not my favorite, but the drink ended up being pretty good. Secondly, I want to take a second to mention the staff. Thelady who took my order was great. She makes people feel welcome at the shop, made sure I filled out a new customer slip, andfilled me in on some deals and discounts. Honestly if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have gone back, as I am not a bigfan of the protein powder aftertaste. Another thing I took into consideration when rating this place was the location. Staffordis a small town with few shops or resturaunts. I can't really think of a place to get the type of product they serve withoutdriving to Enfield or Sturbridge. I am really glad this shop opened up and remained open, and I wish I would have started goingthere sooner.
