Domino's Pizza - Stafford

Good pizza as a rule. We always chhose to carry out. This visit was unusual in that only one employee knew how to use the register. Customer ahead of me called in the order and it took them 5 minutes to find it and try to finish paying for his order.I could have been out of there sooner if there was more than one competent front man out of the dozen employees working thatnight.

I don't know why I order from this Domino's; it always takes 30 plus minutes to get my order because they stop for another delivery before getting to me. I'm done!

Very tired of going in there to pickup my order and their card machines NEVER WORK.. It's time you all fixed that problem,!!!!! If it's not fixed on my next visit,I will leave the pizza with you and take my business elsewhere!Totally unacceptable to run a carry out business with card readers that don't ever work...And your employees act like they don't want to punch in the numbers

I actually have not really had a bad experience with the service or the food at the location I order from. I order a regular cheese pizza fairly often for my son. Because of that, I have acquired quite a few reward points. My complaint is the false advertisement for the emergency pizza! You push redeem to redeem it and then you have to “tap the glass” which For one, is the stupidest extra step to have to take once you’ve already pushed redeem, and two it does not even work! So I keep having this rather irritating advertisement pop up on my online ordering that I cannot even redeem! I have actually called in and spoken with a representative about this, and surprise surprise there’s nothing they can do about online problems! so a little advice to Domino’s, if you’re going to advertise for something, make sure it actually works!
