Bidra med feedbackThis review is based on several factors during my visit (9/25/22 at 3p). The most serious is the lack of service by the host upon entering the place. Slouched over the host stand and watching TV. When we walked in the look we got was not very welcoming,and I said ?hello? and got a forced ?hi?, his body language was annoyed and we almost walked out. He washed a table town withenough water to start a koi pond. Waitress was great, absolutely great service. The food was terrible, the Carni Asada steak wastougher then leather and really small for $15.00. We couldn?t get out of that place quick enough. Zero management presence or atleast we didn?t see one. This will be the last time we go to this location. Advice: if you can?t wow your customers within thefirst 10 feet and 20 seconds, you?re not going to keep them in the long run. I?ll add to this, looking at some of these terriblereviews, zero have a response from the GM, franchise, or corporate. Zero cares given. This will be a spirit halloween soon.
We walked into Chili?s (Stafford, Va 22556) this afternoon for Sunday football. The waitress did not even bother to greet us, said: ?the lounge is closed, we don?t have a server?. We looked around and there were customers sitting in the bar area. Wewalked forward and asked the same waitress who was now behind the bar: ?Is the bar open??. Without even looking at us, she said:?Sure? with a nasty attitude. If you don?t have enough staff, then close the establishment for the day. There is no reason totake your attitude out on customers when your doors are open. We are very laid back customers and we just wanted to watchfootball, eat and have some drinks. Needless to say, we turned around and walked away. The waitress was not welcoming at all.
We were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which was fine, so we asked if we could sit at the bar. They agreed, but informed us that no food would be served there. After waiting for 20 minutes, we noticed that the lobby was packed, yet there were about 30 tables open in the bar and restaurant, and no one was being seated. I asked what seemed like a foolish question: "Are there no cooks tonight?" The answer was no. Well, in that case, we decided to go somewhere else. If there are no cooks available, that's understandable, but it shouldn't take 20+ people waiting across multiple parties if there's no real chance of getting seated. It has usually been a decent place, but tonight it was a major disappointment.
We had an amazing experience here tonight! My fiancé and I were on a road trip and stopped by feeling quite hungry. The service we received was excellent! Our food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!
I visited the restaurant in the middle of the day, during a shift change. The food was hot and tasty, and the staff delivering the food were friendly. I don’t have any complaints, but I would suggest they focus on cleaning the tables more thoroughly. The only downside was a customer at the bar who either had bad gas or an unusual odor, which was a bit unpleasant. However, once he left, the smell improved. Overall, I’m pleased with my visit!
