Applebee's Grill - Stafford

Poor service. I have eaten another applebees location and have never given a negative feedback to o e. the waitress a white thin girl, glasses and haare back was terrible to take the job and get it right. I had to sprite four times a bit because she didn't get it. my sohn order the garlic chicken wings to start bringing them grill wings, which I know we didn't order because he is allergic to BBQ sauce. we tell her she takes the plate back and makes this great sigh sound that was heard at the whole place as if it were our fault. she brings out our tellers, the leaves do not ask if I wanted ketchup for my riders, steaksoße nothing. after approx. 5-7 minutes, I'll wait for her and ask her. about another 5 minutes later, she finally comes along. when we're done, she just gives us the ****, doesn't ask if we want something else or dessert what we wanted and just leaves. 10 minutes later is when she takes my card and returns with my acknowledgement. if the place was full, I would understand, but it was just us and 1 other couples at the whole place. I guess as it was almost 9 o'clock on a Sunday, she wanted to go. terrible service, maintenance problem I will never go again and I do not recommend it at all. this place gives applebee a bad call.

We stopped here twice on our trip. applebee is one of our favourites to eat. eating is a good value and delicious. this place fits perfectly in our timetable and is easy from and from i95.

Huh on a bowl came raw, the server that took it back was like “yes, it is definitiw”. then the manager came and tried to talk out and said it looked good. what happened to the customer is correct mentality? this applebees has lost another customer. I have no intention of ever going back.

I was greeted by the hostess kindly and by the young lady sat all waiters and waiters around a manager who spoke and flaring his hands, the waitress saw me four times I sat there for over 30 minutes and no one came to my table when the host realized that I sat there for one. she went to tell the waitress that I sat there, she looked at her and said something and went back to talk, no concern when I was helped or not the worst experience I ever had at applebee’s at 610 in stafford virginia I rose up and went outback

Staff was friendly enough but our waitress took our order, delivered our appetizers and gave us no plates to put them on which wasn’t really a big deal but she never came back to check on us. Brought our dinners out and although I ordered my burger with no pink it was pink inside. I suffered thru half and left the rest. She never once came back to see how everything was so I couldn’t even send it back. Instead she stood at the bar the entire time talking to the bartender. When she finally came back she never offered dessert or anything. We were just passing thru while traveling but we’re disappointed with our service and food at this location.
