Gaststaette Haus Gosling - Stadtlohn

With the nice weather we decided for just a drink in the garden. When the owner told us about the great piece of Argentina meat she had, we decided to stay and dine also. The steak was exactly as promised: very tender, super tasteful and exactly cooked the way we asked it to be. Of course the meat was accompanied by the restaurant' famous (and irresistible) fried (with onion and bacon) potatoes and fresh green salad. Dinner was completed with a small glass of cold digestive schnaps 'Hollunder'. A place to return to over-and-over again.

Was een leuk restaurant jammer maar geen pin ,wel grootte schnitzels maar behoorlijk doorgebakken weet niet of ik het nog een keer zal doen. maar wel goede bediening.

Restaurant Gosling, located at the edge of the small Muensterland town of Stadtlohn in the German state of North-Rine-Westphalia, serves excellent, local style, German food. Service in excellent, beer is great and people who leave with a hungry feeling can only blame themselves. Especialy the various Schnitzel- and steak on the menue can only be recommended for the meat lovers. A real secret placewhere local easily find the way!

We were taken here by some friends who were trying the restaurant for the first time. How many different ways are there of serving schnitzel? Well you will find many of them here. The schnitzel themselves were huge! We had a very nice meal with good, friendly service. Recommended (but make sure you like schnitzel!!)

Die Schnitzelauswahl ist klasse, da kommt jeder Geschmack auf seine Kosten. Das Haus Gosling hat einen schönen Biergarten mit einem tollen Spielplatz. Lockere münsterländische Atmosphäre. Wir lassen uns dort immer wieder gern bekochen:)
