Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely amazing dinner. I don't expect a lot from the restaurant at a Four Points hotel, but this would have blown me away regardless of where it was. A beautiful view looking out over the mountains, accompanied by phenomenal food. The carpaccio was excellent, with a little bit of shaved truffle on top. The chicken with apricot and coffee was amazing. I saw three thin chicken breasts and was worried about dryness, but was amazed by the flavors. Spicy, sweet, and delicious.
