Bidra med feedbackReally nice people super sweet baby! Maybe it was a night. I don't think the chicken was cooked that day. But not much meat in the meal. Again, super service and ready fast. Feels like we cook a lot of our own food at home with the St. Thomas Food scene.
I thought I'd stop on a Friday night at 6:45. A waitress set me up with a menu and I went over the menu. I then went to the little bar/counter to submit my order and... was then told that we set up for a busy night and can't do to order. They knew that I was there, set up me with a menu and then decided to deal with her too to make a decision, policy of order? Never heard of a restaurant that does that, and they can be sure that I will not give them any future business. Ps. It had the atmosphere of a gas station bath just say
Everything seems made in the house, authentic and properly cooked. Service was the only thing that needs work.
This place was great for food, but service was missing. That was my third time and it was always the same
Went there tonight for the first time and the food was good but the service was poor. We were served a carafe of water and were only offered a refill at the end of the meal when we were paying the check. The water carafe...was empty for most of our meal. It was also pretty cold in the restaurant and even the server was wearing a jacket turn up the heat, it is winter. Lastly, one of our party ordered a coffee and was told that this was a traditional Thai restaurant and therefore didn’t serve coffee really!! They did serve three different types of red wine, which also wasn’t traditionally Thai, but I guess you can make your own rules when you want to make money. Next time just say, we don’t serve coffee. Don’t make up something up to justify why you choose not to serve coffee. We will not be returning, since fortunately there are other choices for Thai food in St. Thomas.
