Kfc - St Thomas

Ordered 2 family buckets, with extra fries and gravy, for a quick 'after work meal ' for my family. What an absolute waste of money. $125 worth of food with absolutely zero flavour. All that could be tasted was a heavy 'deep fryer grease '. The only salad available was macaroni salad. I was so completely disappointed. Never again. Popeyes is a far better option. I am 61 yrs old so I grew up with KFC being a trusted food place with an unmistakable flavour that is only KFC. Things have changed, and not for the better.

Do people actually have good experiences here? I think it’s time that this location throws out the playbook and starts from the bottom up. Right now, and for a long time now, they simply are just the bottom.

Terrible. Ordered a 10pce bucket. It had 4 no, 3 1/2 wings as part of the 10.Called and they said, come back anytime to get 2 wings…. Hard to keep talking. The conversation was lengthy to get my complaint across and repeat my name5 times, spelling it twice… S. L. O. W. L. Y.

Ordered tonight and the chicken was burnt and so gross.

I did an online order and when I picked up my order (sandwich and poutine) there was no fork in the bag.Parking: Limited spaces
