It's adequate…and not much more. Every time we visit we find ourselves wishing that Tony's was still open. Today we both had the house vermicelli. We had just received our tom yum when it came out. Best Pho in Rochester. The service was fast, the food was amazing, and the price can't be beat!
Fresh ingredients. Pho is improved quite a bit since our last visit. There are more options for small dishes to share. Fried calamari is decent. Condiments for Pho, important for those who knows to eat pho, was lacking, some sprigs of basil and bean sprouts on a small plate. Most diners, college students, do not care about it, so it has no or little attention from the owner. Service was adequate. Food came out quickly, albeit in shifts.
Very good pho! My teenager has asked to come here 2 years in a row for family birthday.
