Mcdonald's - St. Petersburg

Drive through bulking my order completely and then had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby to get my order corrected. Staff were rude and telephone. When I politely explained my problem to the manager, she called according to HAVE A NICE DAY!

This has to be one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited. Always prompt service, good hot food, able to get in and out of drive-through quickly. Thank you!

After examination of the area this business is in, I was not surprised by the attitude, laziness, and careless behavior. It'll take you less time to drive north and order from a McD's that cares. These people that work here, don't. Just look around the neighborhood you'll see why.

I like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. However this location should seriously fire their entire staff and start over. Each time we have been there it has been a total cluster you-know-what. It is ran poorly and there is no leadership. The employees seem like they could not careless. McDonalds is a great brand but this location comes in way under par.

Clearly the worst McDonald location in town. Sit at one drive through while they help 3 card from the other lane. When I pulled ahead to the window to place my order I was met with rude and found they were not making shakes today. Thankfully Burger King is right across the street and happy to serve their customer!
