Fabrica Pizza - St. Petersburg

This is a great place after enjoying a beautiful walk around the inner city of st. pete. we have discovered this jewel about a year ago and it is now our way to pizza place. the pizza has fresh ingredients, the crust is exactly right and the staff is super friendly. we like to sit on the bar they watch, make their magie.

Such a hidden gem. excellent crust. not sweet sauce. weeping. we are new fans! I'm sorry I didn't think to make a photo, didn't know what to expect from such an inconvenient place.

Great fast casual pizza spot in St. Petersburg that reminds me of a pizzeria I ate at in Florence, Italy. The pizza is perfect with just enough tomato sauce light enough for the summer. We had the margherita pizza and added pepperoni along with the Caesar kale salad finished with coconut and carmel cookie gelato so delicious. This is a place you must visit!

Pizza was phenomenal! Authentic Italian wood fire pizza. We got the chorizo pizza caprese. Several draft beer draft wine options. I got one of the local Green Bench IPAs on draft. Customer service was fantastic. Outdoor seating, but also a beautiful aesthetic inside with open tables bar like tops to watch the pizza being made. Clean organized. Highly recommend this palce!!!

Amazing marinated olives! Spinaci e Gorgonzola salad was delish! Pizza was so thin and crispy but the sauce, while very fresh, was bland. It needs fresh basil or something to make it pop. Everything is self serve other than the food. It had a Coke machine but nothing worked but the Coke and the flavor add ins. I would have preferred a caffeine free or diet option.
