Dunkin' - St. Petersburg

Terrible service I ordered a bagel with seasoning and it wasn?t on there along with a chai tea latte which wasn?t a chai tea it was straight coffee. The lady in the drive thru was rushing my order and didn?t even greet me. I can?t stand terrible customer service they need a better staff and learn to listen to customer needs to have better reviews at this place

The manager is only allowing 2 employees to be in the there. They are very slow because of them only allowing the 2. However the 2 that are in there are very friendly. The managers need to have more than the 2 in there.

Love me some Dunkin in the morning, I get my usual plain bagel with cheese and bacon. It'd always on point.

These are the best people! I've been here a few times and the folks are the nicest and always smiling. I didn't want to wait for a fresh brewed cold coffee so I got a regular black and told them I'd ice it and cream sugar it at home. I wasn't aware they brewed it but had to wait for the coffee to cool abit before putting it over ice as it's so hot. Him explaining it got a tip through the drive thru. I'll keep going back as long as these folks stay great.

This store infuriates me. They only take one drive customer at a time. So they will take your order and tell you to pull up. Then proceed not to take another drive thru order until the previous cars pulls away from the window. Its takes 20+mins to go through the drive through. The hashbrowns are really hard and feel like I'm going to break my teeth one day. And its like this consistently enough to where I don't order hashbrowns anymore. There has been multiple times they run out of Caramel swirl along as other flavors as well..... Ive seen everything at this store from customers getting yelled at by employees to employees fighting with each behind the counter. Seriously, this store needs alot of attention to make it all right again.
