Bidra med feedbackI started my mobile order as soon as I arrived at the restaurant, but unfortunately, the two sandwiches I received from Subway were the worst I have ever had, and they were both lacking meat. I do not plan on returning to this place.
The staff was very kind to an elderly woman who had a special request from her son. They took the time to read the email and made her feel special with their food. Service: 5/5
I was working nearby, so I decided to stop by for lunch. The service was alright, I had a young man who seemed to be on his first day but he did a good job. The sandwich I ordered wasn't perfect, but it was decent. However, I was disappointed to see a sign stating that they did not participate in any coupon offers, including those on the app. I understand that this location is a franchise, but it's common in the city to see businesses trying to offer discounts to attract customers who may not have easy access to transportation. If this restaurant wants to attract more customers, they may want to reconsider their decision not to participate in promotions like these.
Same problem I see with online orders saying that it was ready when in reality they did not even start.
Ordered online due to limited time for my lunch break. Got here 10 minutes late. Order not ready. Waited by the pick up rack for 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me. Only for them to tell me it hadn't been started yet and I'd have to wait. Requested refund as I was already late to return to work. Was completely ignored.
